Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using our games and services operated by Free for GlobalGame ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Our games may offer in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions. The following terms apply specifically to Apple App Store and Google Play Store subscriptions:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charges: Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
• Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Free for GlobalGame and its licensors. Our games are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the local and foreign countries.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our games to engage in any illegal conduct, cheat, hack, or disrupt the fair play environment of our games. We reserve the right to ban or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
